Booking agreement — coverage & payment authorization

Each package includes up to 2 hours of continuous coverage. Homegoing services sometimes extend well beyond that window, and we are honored to remain for as long as your family needs us. Any time beyond the included 2 hours is billed at a straightforward hourly rate — $175/hour for photography, $250/hour for memorial behind-the-scenes video, and $350/hour for the combined package — in 30-minute increments, so you only pay for the coverage you use.

To hold our presence for as long as the service requires, a card on file gently secures the additional hours — billed only for the time actually used, never more. Travel beyond 30 miles is itemized transparently; overnight lodging, when required, is booked at a reputable hotel and one meal, billed at direct cost with zero markup. Footage is delivered as captured, with no additional editing unless chosen as an upgrade.

I acknowledge and agree to the coverage terms above, and I authorize The Final Journey Home to retain a card on file to secure any time beyond the included two hours — billed only for the additional coverage used.
