$1.25 / mile + $150 stipend
Reputable lodging + one meal; overnight only
For services throughout Richmond, Charlottesville, Eastern Shore Maryland & Virginia, Delaware, and Philadelphia. When an overnight is required, the stipend covers a reputable hotel and one meal, billed at direct cost with zero markup.

Important service notes
Coverage Time
Each package includes up to 2 hours of continuous coverage — enough for most gatherings, services, and graveside ceremonies. Homegoing services can sometimes extend well beyond that, and we are glad to remain for as long as your family needs. Additional time is billed at a straightforward hourly rate:
- Photography: $175 / additional hour
- Memorial Behind-the-Scenes Video: $250 / additional hour
- Photography + Video Package: $350 / additional hour
Time is billed in 30-minute increments beyond the included 2 hours so you only pay for the coverage you use.
To allow us to remain with your family for as long as needed, a card on file gently secures any coverage beyond the included two hours — billed only for the additional time, should the service extend.
Reportage Video Style
Video is captured in a behind-the-scenes documentary reportage style. No additional editing is done unless chosen as an upgrade. Footage is delivered as captured.
Family Privacy
Galleries are 100% private and shareable only by the family. We never publish or repurpose funeral imagery without explicit written consent.
Short Notice Availability
We reserve immediate dates for urgent ceremonies and are available on short notice, day or night, including weekends and holidays.
Keepsakes & Archival Prints
Archival prints, bound heirloom photo books, and memorial cards can be arranged directly through the gallery after delivery.
